- What counts as an event?
- Every call the snippet or the API sends: a page view, a product view, an add to cart, a purchase, and so on. A typical store sends 10 to 20 events per session. 50,000 events covers roughly 3,000 to 5,000 sessions a month.
- What happens when I go over my plan?
- You get an email at 80% and 100%. Free stores stop collecting at 120% until the month resets. Paid stores keep collecting and we ask you to move up a tier.
- Does it work on my platform?
- Yes. RecartIQ is one script tag plus a few event calls, so it runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and any custom or headless store. Product pages on Shopify and WooCommerce are detected automatically.
- Where does the AI analyst get its data?
- Only from aggregates: totals, rates and rankings for your store. It never sees individual shoppers, emails or order details, and the report always says which numbers it used.
- Can I try the AI analyst before paying?
- Yes. Every free account gets 1 full AI report and 10 questions in Ask RecartIQ, written by the same model paid plans use. No card needed. After that the weekly report falls back to the rule based version until you upgrade.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract. Downgrading keeps your data; raw events past the new plan's retention window are trimmed after a 14 day grace period.
- Do you store personal data about my shoppers?
- The snippet sets first party cookies only, respects Do Not Track, and never stores IP addresses or raw user agents. You can delete any shopper by id from Settings or the API.
